Hard Chrome Plating (not RoHS compliant)

Hard chromium plating facility for oil and gas valve equipment. Capacity for parts from miniature valves to components up to 1.5m deep.

 

Phosphating
to ASTM F1137/MIL-DTL-16232G
A conversion coating used prior to powder coating or oiling/lubricating. It is widely used in automotive, defence, oil and gas industries. Two types of phosphating processes are available, Zinc phosphating and Manganese phosphating.

 

Electroless Nickel Plating
to ASTM B733/MIL-C-26074/AMS2404
A chemical conversion reaction i.e. auto catalytic. As no current is applied on this process which gives very uniform thickness all over the surfaces. The hardness of the coating  can be increased substantially by heat-treating in our house facility.
High phosphorous electroless nickel has the best corrosion resistance of the electroless nickel family. It is widely used in the oil & gas and mining industry which has highly corrosive environments.
Teflon® EN a special electroless nickel coating incorporating PTFE particles for lubricity and wear resistance.

Ultrasonic cleaning/washing and high purity water rinsing of small discrete, turned or milled parts in stainless steel or copper alloy. Passivation processes for stainless steel.
